I’ve been asked to draw an illustration for the planned 40 year anniversary tribute to Black Jack which will be titled Pinoko Tribute Acchonburike! and is scheduled to appear in Princess’s November 2013 issue!

Just the name Black Jack brings to mind a very cool sort of character, so I’m glad I know that he’s actually a charming and very human-like character who is frail because of his weak stomach, still goes to his elementary school class reunions, suddenly flies into a rage whenever his face or his mother are insulted, and can be overwhelmed by Pinoko. It seems like various things have been planned in honor of Black Jack’s 40th anniversary.

I’m sorry for having been so late reporting this.

I’m sorry for the updates having completely stopped the past few days.
Also, I am just so sorry for having worried you too much…
I had an awful time after having such a long cold.
If there’s a vaccination yet, everyone should go get it.

I have put a page up on the site for Christmas trivia comics.
I want to tidy up my work a little today,
so I plan to update around tomorrow.
I have a feeling that I can finish the ending relatively easily.

The characters in Mr.Yokoyama’s Sangokushi(story of the Three Kingdoms) tend to emit such phrase when they are listening to information or others’ opinions.
 

Although one can find a lot of information on the Three Kingdoms easily in travel booklets and there are also large numbers of photos of the actual places being uploaded online, as one looks over the ruins or the sceneries of the mountains that carry unmistakable sense of China, one could definitely feel the magnificence of story.

That being said, the characters in the Three Kingdoms have unusually high chance of having correct precognitions.
