Title: [warning–this is a guess.] Those Guys Mascot-ish [“mochi” is also used to describe this sort of drawing–mascot-character-like? “mochimochi” is “springy” as in, something’s texture. And “shii” I assumed was supposed to be like the ending of a lot of adjectives. . .again, just a guess.]
Tsuchinoko is a mythical Japanese snake. I recently read a Bulbanews editorial on it so that’s how I recognized it. XD; Anyway, a wiki link is prolly better so here you go: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsuchinoko
