As a continuation I’m going to answer a few more questions.

\nThere isn’t any particular rule for when the form of the name changes. It’s mostly just a matter of feeling.<\/p>\n

>The “baggy hand-me-down” trousers from Finland’s uniform, are they hand-me-downs from Sweden?<\/font><\/p>\n

Yeah, also some of them were exchanged from Italy for fishes, so they don’t always fit his frame…<\/p>\n

>Random question, but do you plan to make Czech Republic and Slovakia a pair of siblings?<\/font><\/p>\n

Originally I thought I’d make them into a big bloke and a little girl, but then I’ve met Czechoslovakian people and I’m starting to think a strange youthful person resembling Italy a bit, with curly hair and a peculiar word usage would be good as well. You can look forward to the final design!<\/p>\n

The gakuheta uniforms all have a decorative letter W embroidered on them.
